Strange Times features a strange young boy named Christopher as an anti-hero protagonist. He doesn't really know it but he has an amazing, genius-like imagination. He has multiple personalities. Going from very dull, grey and emotionless all the way to a goofy, loving, appreciative, and passionate artist. You see him fall into a decline in his emotional state as it drags on. In the series we see that Christopher's life is indeed a very strange one. As everyone lives inside of Christopher's mind. (Due to a strange supernatural event accruing in the first episode/part of comic?) This meaning he controls the world in which people live and can do anything he'd like. (with the exception of some rules) He goes from a loving artist and trying to govern his world in his own silly way to make a utopia, all the way to just using his newly found powers to watch it burn in the palm of his hands. Christopher only has a few trust-worthy friends, as not many people like him too much. Christopher is unable to use some of his powers at times and can only use them to an extent. He has used them to make only SOME (few) people aware that he controls the world. As his hate/confusion/age grows more and more we see a decrease in how much he is able to use them. The episodes range just like Christopher's multiple personalities, going from happy, lighthearted, very humorous episodes/comics, all the way to psychotic and crazy, dull, grey and mysterious ones. Strange Times gives off a feeling of a very odd mystery present at all times that reveals a very complex message at the end of the series. It is also (to an extent) an exaggeration of my life. Strange Times is unique in many ways but mostly because a cartoon has never been so diverse. (Well this was written a while ago, maybe there has been one! I don't know!)
Also, in order to understand most of the series you would have to watch/read it from beginning to end without missing any of the episodes/comics. Strange Times is an idea/concept I've worked on for YEARS and may change a bit over time. I am only a freshman in high school at the moment (now a Jr.) and when I am old enough to do so, this will be made into a whole animated cartoon. A webcomic, for sure. Animated cartoon? Well, MAYBE. (HOPEFULLY XD).
Again, this is old and will be updated later on.
